Job Title: Internal Sales
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000
Location: Doncaster

Optimise by Recruitment are working alongside an established, yet ever-expanding organisation and their Head Office based within a prime location in Doncaster.  We are working alongside the Sales and Marketing Manager to incorporate a brand new role into the business to streamline and drive their performance forwards. They are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Support Executive on a full-time or part-time basis to assist the Sales and Marketing Manager and other regional sales managers with running events, sales, projects, administration and occasionally assist sub-contractors.

This is a varied position with a prospect to evolve into a critical role within the company. Initially, your day-to-day duties would consist of finding and gathering relevant market information, logging it onto their CRM system for the Sales Managers to action. You will be working closely with and supporting regional sales managers, passing opportunities, relevant information and setting appointments.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Data cleansing of CRM system.
  • Regular competitor and sales analysis
  • PO’s for installs and arranging dates with customers/RSMs.
  • Gathering info for tenders.
  • Contacting existing customers to offer SLA’s warranties
  • Delivering first-class customer service during pre-sale when required.
  • Other sales/customer service activities as and when required by the business.
  • Sales administration
  • Supporting marketing activities as and when required (trade shows, events etc)

To succeed with this role, our client is looking for somebody who has at least a minimum of 3 years in an internal sales/sales support type role where they have had experience using CRM systems. This role can develop into what you make of it, our client is looking for someone who can come in and make it their own, come up with new ideas and processes and implement them within the business. Confidence is key, you will be making outbound and inbound calls to new and existing customers, ensuring you deliver a first-class service throughout.

In return, our client is offering a competitive package which includes a salary between £24 – 26,000 per annum, with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, once competent in the role/completion of probation. 25 days holiday + 8 Days bank Holiday, Free Parking. You will have a free lunch in the office 2 days a week, so no need to bring your own!
