Job Title - Business Development Executive
Location - Barnsley
Salary - £24,000 + Bonus
Optimise are delighted to be working alongside an up-and-coming organisation based in Barnsley. Our client delivers to the commercial/residential sector in and around Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, proactive individual to join a business that really invests in their people.
The intention is that the successful candidate will generate leads and develop successful sales campaigns. It will be necessary for the Business Developer to liaise with new and customers regarding installation and maintenance requirements. The ability to not only build but also maintain excellent customer relationships it essential within this role as all client accounts require attention to detail and all enquires must be responded too quickly and effectively.
Additional duties will include:
- Booking technician appointments
- Liaising with customer base on behalf of the sales representative and engineers.
- Administration
- Taking customer orders & answering customer queries.
- Lead referral
- Supporting the Sales team
- Running & building reports – Training will be given.
In order to succeed within this role, you must have a confident telephone manor and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the desire to learn. Although previous sales experience is not essential, it is advantageous.
