Meet The Team

Fran has many years of experience working for one of the largest Global Recruitment agencies where she gained extensive knowledge recruiting several different specialisms, with the main focus on Business Support and Accountancy & Finance.

Fran uses her expertise to reduce complex assignments to their simplest level. By guaranteeing what is promised to Optimise clients, the end result is effective and always aligned with an organisations recruitment strategy. Fran holds in-depth knowledge of her assignments' complex regulatory landscape, which enables Optimise to pre-screen and present the best candidates to the client.

Building effective relationships with both clients and candidates are of the utmost importance to Fran, to which she is continuously praised for her ability to do so.

Fran enjoys doing many things in her spare time, one of them involving supporting the mighty Sheffield United. As a teen, Fran played as Captain for Sheffield Wednesday Ladies for 5 years – at great disapproval by her family, as you can imagine.
